Digivaara is a company that specializes in Information Technology. The company was founded in 2024 and offers easy and convenient solutions to IT problems. We serve consumers, small businesses, and communities. Our service area is in Pohjois-Karjala, with headquarters located in Joensuu. It's important to note that the company does not have a physical address. All of our work is either done remotely or at the customer's facility. Our Team
Currently, our team consists of one member, and that member is the entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of the company.
Let me introduce myself: My name is Arttu Kastinen, and I have created the company Digivaara. I offer easy and convenient solutions to IT problems. My personal and company's goal is to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the service we provide. I want the customer to have a "wow, I was really listened to, and the person remained calm and professional throughout the visit" experience. I believe that a great customer service experience consists of these aspects: listening, understanding, and professionalism.

I have a degree in IT from a vocational college and an Azure Fundamentals certificate. Currently, I am studying for the same degree, but it's a Further Vocational Qualification. I have also gained valuable experience in IT, working in Service Desk and doing on-site work.
